What is small group personal training?

This is not just another group exercise class where everyone does the same thing at the same time.

It’s a 60 minutes of high intensity interval training using the TRX suspension trainer, battling ropes, Russian kettle bells, bosu balls, smart toners and the ViPRS to help you reach your goal.

It’s more like team sports training where the group interacts, evolves and grow together whiles on a fitness mission.

The camaraderie builds commitment and accountability to the group and the leads to the success of everyone in the group.

The best part of small group personal training is, all the movements have beginner and advanced versions.

More importantly, the group size is small, limited to 8 individuals only. Classes are small enough so everyone receives one-on–one attention.
